Colorado Pet Overpopulation Fund (CPOF) Roice-Hurst Spay/Neuter Program
This is a limited, grant funded spay/neuter program to assist people with limited resources who desire to spay and neuter their pets. We are currently assisting with pet residents in the 81520 zip code only. Spay/neuter surgeries are performed at the Roice-Hurst Humane Society shelter by the shelter veterinarian.
If you are approved for a spay/neuter through the CPOF Roice-Hurst program, the co-pay for a dog/cat spay is $45 and the co-pay for a dog/cat neuter is $35 – this does not include vaccinations.
This application is for owned pets only. If you need assistance with community and/or feral cats or live outside the target zip code, please refer to our Pet Resource page for additional information and organizations that help with spay/neuter.
